The Estate Fattoria Pagnana is situated on the top of a hill surrounded by vineyards and olive-trees just outside the town of Rignano sull’Arno. The Estate welcomes its guests in its charming colonial houses which were restored bringing back the traditional components such as trussed ceilings, brickwork and “mandorlato” windows. Here you can find them being reflected in the pools and facing a delightful view of Vallombrosa land. The Agriturism enjoys its own swimming pool, a tennis court, a playground for children, an outdoor barbecue and a park with a terrace from which you have an enchanting sight on mount Vallombrosa. Among the additional services for guests we can mention the visit to our agricultural museum and our cellars with tasting of our own products, the Tuscan cooking classes, and typical dinners at the fattoria. This Agritourism has been created to best satisfy the needs and desires of each guest so that a holiday with us is an unforgettable experience of walks discovering nearby hamlets, convents and medieval churches as well as relaxing moments at the edge of the pool or in the shade of an olive tree with a glass of good Chianti in your hands. Our apartments are immersed in the green Florentine Hills. They have been lovingly restored taking into account the needs of today´s comforts but still respecting typical architectural elements of Tuscan farm cottages. All apartments, furnished in the traditional style, are welcoming and tasteful with sizes varying from 2 to 6 beds. The kitchens are fully equipped thereby offering full autonomy even if the many typical ´trattorie´ are a temptation to try the excellent Tuscan cuisine.
