  Beautiful hotel, but a bit difficult to find the front door. the price was a little high, but we had a fantastic view. we liked being on the street so we could people-watch. we also enjoyed the terrace area in the afternoons. it was a great place to drink a little wine and enjoy a light snack. breakfast was delicious and the times made it possible for us to eat early (on site-seeing days) or to sleep in (relaxation days). would have liked to have had a shower curtain in the tub/shower area. thanks for the wonderful stay!

  This is the place to stay in florence!! if possible, get a room overlooking the river. it's in close proximity to all. the continental breakfast is scrumptious and there's even iced coffee (if you ask for it) in february. right outside through the main enterance is an amazing handbag store called infinity leather. gorgeous -- but quite pricy!

  Love , love , love this hotel. it was right on the arno river and we had a view of the ponte vecciho! now we did have some noise from the street but that only made it better for me as i felt the pulse of florence. my roomies neede ear plugs but they loved this hotel also. the staff was very helpful , attentive and just fun. i will return to the hotel in my future and will definatley use your service. the breakfast was out of this world ! i tood a picture of my cuppacino.great time . thank you!

  The berchielli is a beutiful hotel in an ideal position. the staff were very helpful. we had a wonderful few days there

  Le respect de notre voeu de chambre avec vue sur l'arno a été respecté, gentillesse et efficacité du personnel. nous y retournerons certainement tant on a apprécié l'emplacement, la qualité de service de l'hotel, le calme dans les chambres...bref ce fut idyllique!!!

  Très bien en particulier en saison creuse :on peut disposer d'une grande chambre très bien située au 5iéme étage avec vue sur l'arno pour un prix sympa.par contre 26 euros par jour de parking c'est un peu indigeste.

  Very nice bedroom with beautiful view but tiny, dark bathroom, totally unacceptable for four star hotel.

  The hotel decor is a littled dated however the great staff compensate, namely the staff we meet in the breakfast room.

  Hôtel de très bon niveau cependant nous avons trouvé la chambre et la salle de bains un peu petites (chambre deluxe n°405) ,néanmoins notre impression générale reste bonne.
