  Very good value for the money paid. the street was quiet, the room clean and breakfast quite satisfactory. the staff were also very helpful. definitely a hotel to return to.

  La situation près du centre permet de visiter les principaux sites historiques à pied, c'est incontestablement un plus de cet hotel . nous avons apprécié cet esprit familial des dirigeants et de leurs enfants. autre point fort, nous avons pu nous exprimer en français, langue par ailleurs peu utilisée à florence. seule difficulté accéder à l'hôtel en voiture....c'est très compliqué en raison des sens uniques nombreux. peut-être une information complémentaire pourrait être suggérer pour résoudre ce problème. salutations

  Je pense que l'hôtel est non fumeur mais tous les soirs vers 21h00, la fumée de cigarette se faisait sentir dans la salle de bain. ceci était un peu dérangeant.

  We enjoyed our stay at hotle arizona. hotel staff were professional and helpful. the property was clean and attractive and the room size was on par with others we stayed in during our trip. florence is an easy city to navigate and we were within walking distance of major "must see" spots as well as some excellent dining. the buffet breakfast was excellent with a variety of items to choose from and the breakfast room was bright. the ground floor of the hotel also displayed some paintings from a local artist. internet access also available for a modest charge.
