  Hotel lungarno is beautiful in a fabulous location on the arno, far enough from the crowd but close enough to the main attractions. the service was impecable and the staff nothing less than perfect. i will definitely stay there again on my next visit to florence.

  We were extremely pleased with the service we received. the lady who checked us in was able to secure us uffizi gallery reservations for the next morning (very short notice). she also made us dinner reservations at an amazing restaurant. it was called pandemonio. we will be forever grateful for her service and effort in making our short stay in florence very memorable. the only considerable downfall was the price of the room. if we were to return to florence, we would likely not stay at your hotel simply because of the steep price of the room. other than price, we were extremely pleased with everything.

  Probably the best hotel i have ever stayed in, everything was perfect. the staff were excellent, the accomodations super and beautiful location. i am nomally one to issue at least 1 complaint but cannot think of anything! great value for money too.all hotels should yours as an example on how to run a hotel. many thanks and we will be back!

  Un excellent sejour , dans un endroit discret ,mais tres bien place pour savourer pleinement la ville de florence.
