  The location was perfect. our room and the bathroom were incredibly spacious. front desk staff was very helpful and great at recommending restaurants. my single recommendation: new hairdryers thanks for a very lovely and comfortable stay!

  The hotel is very pleasant and the personel very kind. the young lady at the reception miss lucia she could not be more helpful. the room we stayed was very spacious and the bathroom fantastic.

  We loved the hotel but didn't sleep due to the noise outside. after 3 nights (we were only there 4) we moved rooms. only thing was the inside rooms away from the noise, didn't have a bath but still it was much better. other than that we loved everything about it.

  Belle prestation. hôtel situé vraiment dans le coeur historique de florence. un cadre en phase avec le contexte architectural de la ville. un vrai plaisir
