  Very warm and friendly, family run hotel. from the moment we arrived to the day we left, they were caring, informative, conversational and considerate. they made our couple of days there like a visit to old friends. situated on the river. within walking distance of the major sites, we were able to get there from the train station on foot with luggage and see many of the sites on the way. we've already reccomended it to family and friends and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.

  Personne à l' accueil très sympathique, parlant français, parking à proximité (pratique)... chambre confortable et propre. petit déj. copieux.

  Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. gave good tourist info. breakfast was the best we experienced in our nine day trip - lots of choice of quality fresh produce. appreciated tea-making facility in room.

  Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire qui parle français et qui n'est pas avare pour les renseignements sur la ville prise en charge de notre véhicule par le propriétaire pour le garer dans un parking (dès 10h le matin et reprise le lendemain après-midi pour 20 €)

  I cannot even begin to say how much we loved our stay at hotel privilege. our room was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the arno. the location was great...a two minute walk to santa croce and vivoli (great gelato!) the breakfast selection was wonderful. but, really, the best part of our stay was the friendliness/helpfulness of the front desk staff. they could not have been better. they worked tirelessly and always with a smile. no question we had seemed too big or too small. we hope to return to florence and we would not consider staying anywhere else.

  Leider war der versprochene parkplatz nicht verfügbar. aber das hotel war total okay, vor allem auch wegen des guten preis/leistungsverhältnisses. wir kommen gerne wieder. ausserdem hat mir ihre buchungszentrale besonders gut gefallen und bei der nächsten buchung schauen wir zuerst bei fastbooking nach. liebe grüsse, christine feldhütter

  This was a lovely friendly and welcoming hotel with staff who were polite and always willing to help both in the hotel and with reservations to art galleries and with recommendations for restaurants. the room was excellent and the breakfast was delicious. would definitely go again
