Comentario : The hotel should be cleaned in appropriate way, specially the curtains. Should have also a central lamp in the room and not only the table lamp.

Comentario : The people who work at the hotel made my stay there wonderful. polite, helpful, made reservation for me for a night trip and for museums. Thanks to them I was able to see all Firenze in only 3 days.
I would like to take this opportunity and thank them for the hospitality. Location is excelent, a bit too noisy at night because it's a central location, but overall was great.

Comentario : Notre séjour s'est bien passé, nous sommes très satisfaits de cet hôtel.
Nous avons eu un souci dès notre arrivée, la personne qui était à la réception ne parlait pas du tout le français, l'angalis moyen et nous avions l'impression de l'ennuyer avec nos questions. Nous sommes arrivés à 20h50 et à 9h10 elle voulait partir alors que mon mari était en ville avec le garagiste pour placer la voiture, comme il n'avait aucune clé, elle devait l'attendre...aussi avons nous changé de chambre le lendemain, car celle qui donnait dans la rue principale n'était pas reposante, cela dit nous retournerons volontiers dans cet hôtel si spacieux et tout le personnel n'était pas antipathique.

Comentario : J'ai été enchantée de séjourner à l'Hôtel. En passant la porte, je me suis retrouvée dans un autre monde à quelques pas de la place du Dôme que j'ai pu observer sans modération.Grâce au soleil qui donnait à Florence et à la Toscane une beauté exceptionnelle je me suis régalée. Le fait d'avoir réservé une chambre avec SDB annexée a été pour moi une sorte d'aventure qui ne m'a pas déplue.Cet Hôtel est à conseiller pour celui qui recherche une certaine atmosphère pour ses vacances.Ce séjour était le 5° à Florence.

Comentario : Very good hotel in an old building - minutes from the Duomo. It felt very secure off the main street.
I had a double room for single use for no additional charge for the dates I booked.
The room had a bathroom next door, which was excellent. The breakfast room is very pretty and the breakfast content was good, with a choice of a freshly made expresso/coffee.
Well recommended to any other traveller

Comentario : beaucoup trop de bruit sur la rue ,sauf pour des personnes qui ont l'habitude du bruis des voitures ,parking trop cher 25 euros pour 1 jour ,par contre emplacement ideal pour visiter juste à coté du duomo et de la basilique
