  Our only criticismis that a 2 bedroom apartment is really two seperate aparments which share a landing with a 3rd apartment. not ideal if travelling with smaller children. also the twin beds we had confirmed(twice) became a queen size bed. otherwise it is lovely accomodation in an excellent location.

  L'appartamento standard ha un angolo cottura sufficente per la preparazione della prima colazione. l'appartamento superior è molto confortevole e provvisto di tutto. ottima offerta nel periodo di fine novembre. stupenda posizione a lato del duomo e personale cordiale e disponibile.

  We had a fantastic stay here. the location was brilliant and the room was beautiful with an amazing view of the duomo. the kitchen had everything you could possibly need and the welcome basket of breakfast foods was lovely. it was a little noisy at night, but that has to be expected with such a central location. we would definitely recommend these apartments and will definitely be returning!

  Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus soigné. nous avons eu ce qu'il fallait le premier jour, mais les restes le deuxième! l'accueil est cependant très agréable. difficile d'accès en voiture.

  We stayed three nights starting nov.6 2008. this is an exceptional hotel. newly opened, probably undiscovered. a bargain for the price. literally across the street from the duomo. room was quiet, large and clean. lots of marble with bright lighting from window and fixtures.. we stayed on the second floor. a little kitchen was attached to the room, stocked with coffee, tea-bags, milk and food for a nice continental breakfast. staff was very helpful. although we arrived late, gabrelle the owner greeted with a glass of wine, and some local cookies, served in the hotel's roof solarium, with a great view of florence. staff was helpful in getting train tickets and a car and driver.

  Staying in this hotel was one of the highlights of our entire 10 day trip through italy. i have told everyone i've spoken to about the trip that "if you ever stay in florence, you have to stay at the granduomo!" the location is amazing, with the duomo literally right out our window. the room was very large, beautifully decorated, high ceilings, etc. etc. the staff was friendly and helpful. it was our little oasis within the city.

  Un bémol l'absence de possibilité de joindre une personne de la réception après 20 heures et l'absence de surveillance des bagages.

  The staff was very helpful and kind. we had an extra 15%discount on payement because of the sofa bed. i would recommend some better noise isolation.since the appartments are in the most central place in all florence there are a lot of people, ambulances, cars ect... crossing the road all dayand night. everything else was great, the location, the service, cleanliness, the two ladies at the reception.they keep our luggage until 17.00 o'clock without extra cost because we had a late flight. thank you very much.

  Anfahrt trotz navigation erschwert, da das hotel an einer nicht öffentlich befahrbaren strasse liegt (nur taxi/bus erlaubt). keine haltemöglichkeit unmittelbar vor dem hotel, gepäcktransfer erschwert. lage und service des hotels ansonsten perfekt!

  Notre séjour s'est extrèmement bien passé. notre suite avec vue sur la cathédrale santa maria del fiore était superbe.
