Arti & Hotel is a charming 3-star hotel situated in the historic centre of Florence, in Via dei Servi. One of the main roads of the historic centre, it connects two important piazzas: the piazza of the Duomo and Piazza of Santissima Annunziata, overlooked by one of the main sanctuaries of the city, the basilica of the same name founded in 1270. The view from both sides is eye-catching, with the statue of Ferdinando I de´ Medici at one end and the Cupola del Brunelleschi at the other. From this hotel in the historic centre, crossing Via dei Servi, and passing in front of the Duomo, in 5 minutes you can reach on foot the splendid Piazza della Signoria, where the prestigious Uffizi Museum is found. Of course, immediately upon their arrival, hotel guests will surely want to visit the Museum dell’Accademia (only 100 metres from the hotel) to admire Michelangelo’s stunning statue of Davide, and just in front of Piazza San Marco, the museum which houses the paintings of the Beato Angelico. Our facility is completely housed inside a four story building, facing towards the Duomo and within easy reach of the S. Maria Novella train stations (8 minutes). The ground floor, in addition to the reception area furnished with furniture from the 1800s (Neapolitan cabinet-making), also contains the Arti & Caffè Cafe with its simple and elegant decor that blends in perfectly with the rest of the hotel.
