  1. lots of party noise in night fri-sat (24-25/06) coming through the ventilation system in the bathroom, presumably from guests on the floor above; 2. value for money: bathroom needs modernising - given the current dated state of the bathroom the discounted room rate (€110 p.n.) is still too high, the full rate (€220) not at all justified.
