  Superbe pour la vue et le calme, mediocre pour tout le reste ! les photos sont completement obsoletes et mensongeres ! a notre arrivé, on vous explique comment aller a votre chambre, en voiture, et debrouillez vous ! nous etions dans une dependance (piscine sur les photos hs et fontaine idem) loin du batiment principal (5min a pied), isolée (bien pour le bruit) mais completement a l'abandon. 20min pour trouver par quelle porte entrer (il faisait nuit et il n'y avait pas de lumiere). notre chambre (la n°20) avait une vue magnifique sur florence mais n'etait pas franchement propre et surtout, puée le tabac froid pdt les 3jours ou nous sommes restés ! télé hs. restaurant standard et petit dejeuner fade et maigre. bref, cet hotel a un gros potentiel mais est tres vieux et n’est plus du tout entretenue. on est loin d’un 4 etoiles ! nous avons regretté notre choix.

  Amazing view of the city; peaceful atmosphere; for the nature lover who is not afraid of walking and taking the bus.

  Should not be a four star hotel. charged €25 for a very bad tennis court and very bad tennis rackets ?pool and most of staff ok.

  This hotel is a 10 min hike to the public bus, then a 20 min bus ride to town. it was a beautiful location way up on a mountain side, we had a 2 bedroom suite. the a/c only worked in the main room so we all cramped inside that room. the a/c would only go to 18 celcius, which im not sure what that translates to in degrees, only we would have preferred it cooler. there was a bathtub with a removable shower hand but no shower curtain, small children will make quite a mess if left unattented.

  The room was an excellent size but would only appeal to someone who likes traditional. the views were exceptional, as was the terrace outside the room. the room did not look as though it had been touched for hundreds of years. it was like staying in a gothic hotel, and wouldn't have been out of place for a murder mystery weekend. however it was quirky and pleasent, and a really big size, something different!
