  Nous avons juste eu un souci le matin de notre départ avec une réceptionniste pas aimable qui s'est permis de me crier dessus car mes clefs de voiture avaient disparue. ce qui n'était pas ma faute puisque je les avais déposées à notre arrivée pour garer la voiture. cette personne a été désagréable. heureusement l'après midi lorsque nous avons repris nos bagages et la voiture (les clefs avaient été retrouvées !!) un autre réceptionniste était lui très aimable.

  The staff at the reception was very rude!! when we check in (night time around 10 something) nobody was there and we had to wait for a long time, finally one guy came in with bicycle and he never said sorry for making us to wait! and upon the check in procedure, he was very rude! i can't beleive he is working at the reception of the hotel!! geeeeez

  The property itself is lovely, and for the price an excellent deal. near a nice park, and not so far from the station or the sites. but the front desk personnel stripped absolutely all enjoyment from the experience. they were rude and dismissive, and yelled at me for requesting to raise the temp of the air conditioning. when i asked that it be set in our room to 26 degrees because we had a baby, the man at the front desk sneered that it would be "heating" at that temperature. we reserved for two adults and an infant, and requested a baby cot. yet when we asked at the front desk for the baby cot we were yelled at for not checking the box on the reservation form (i didn't even see the box), and then informed that the cot would cost 15 euros per night. for a four night stay, that was ridiculous - we could have bot a cot for that price. overall i would not recommend this hotel, even if the property is perfectly fine for a budget hotel, simply because the staff was so dreadful.

  La gestion de l'établissement n'est pas à la hauteur des possibilités exceptionnelles de cet hôtel. pas de communication en interne pour faire connaître les modifications apportées aux réservations par le client. pas assez de transparence sur le système de parking et sur les tarifs. dommage! ce n'est qu'un détail mais cela dissipe la bonne humeur

  Hotel trés moyen,doit avoir un coup de fraicheur tant sur le mobilier que sur la propreté. avec l'espace de la chambre il peur etre fait une merveille. c'est dommage.

  Seul petit problème : la douche dont la température varie constamment quand nous l'utilisons (danger de brûlure).

  Bon rapport qualité prix ( à 69 €). le personnel parle français, grande chambre climatisée, petit déj assez moyen et hotel assez éloignée du coeur de la ville à pieds.
